Description: 

Ecole Glenmore Elementary School Domestic Water Pipe Replacement.

Complete domestic water pipe replacement through main building as per drawings and specifications.  Contractor to provide separate pricing using the below qualifying criteria:

Pricing for Section A: 

  • Work completed for the project over summer holiday (July 1st to August 30th) during typical work hours.
  • Demolition of the existing 50mm domestic water piping from the main water shutoff to the mechanical room.
  • Contractor to supply and install new piping from water main shutoff to mech room.
  • See drawings for section of work.

 

  • Pricing for Section B:
  • Work completed for the project has no disruption of the schools operating hours. Contractor work hours to be evenings (3PM – 11PM) and weekends.
  • Work environment must be clean and school water functional during school operational hours and have no disturbances to client.
  • The new water entry station is to be fabricated before installation. Installation will require work on a weekend(s) to have no down time on the school operating hours.
